While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	Took about 3 weeks before my cashback appeared but everything else has gone smoothly. The switchover happened with no problem at all.

	I tried 3 times here and had to cancel all orders after p/work arrived and no sign of trcking. I think there must have being some problem with all the negative comments at time of my orders.

	Tracked very quickly and approved a month or so later. Goodo; earning money for buying cheaper electricity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	my cashback still showing as pending still not confirmed .they started supplying me yesterday and it should be payable by the 30th. will just have to suck it and see !!!!!

	Had to chase it down as it didn't appear automatically but the guys at Topcashback tracked it back for me, took a couple of days longer but all cool!

	The commission did not appear automatically. I had to complete a request for missing commission but it did show the 60 pound duel fuel I'm now waiting for EDF to confirm it.

	The commission did not appear automatically. I had to complete a request for missing commission, even then I got only £40 instead of £60. But I suppose, it is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

	Took about 6 weeks to track (with help of TCB) but now pending payment for end of Oct 09. so far so good!

	Yet another that has failed to track. I have now cancelled as have a number of others. A considerable number of people appear to have being placed at a financial disadvantage as a result of "failed tracking". One persons loss is usually anothers gain!

	EDF phoned to say that the order had been cancelled and they were reissuing it. Hence no cashback. If I thought they wouldn't just pull the same trick again I would re-order online. Very disappointing.

	Failed to track which is very unusual for me. Put in manual claim and it tracked 2 weeks later , dont give up on it !

	Not tracked three days later, this is the second time I tried as the first one didn't show. Will give it a bit longer and submit a missing claim. Would be good to know what percentage do track as there appear to be a lot that don't. Still was a good quote with EDF though, but shame to miss out on £60. Fingers crossed it will come thru in the end.

	Edf worked out cheapest energy supplier for me so decided to be greedy and switch through topcashback for the £60 cashback. It was a bad choice. So far failed to track. I could have switched through moneysupermarket.com for a guaranteed cashback of £30. Going to cancel contract with edf as im still in the cooling off period and reapply through moneysupermarket. Know this works as i changed energy supplier through them last year and as soon as your supply switches your cashback is payed into your bank account.
