  As a result of this rigorous selection process, they feel they can guarantee each and every bottle they sell. Should you not be happy with one of their wines, for whatever reason, not only will they replace it or give you a refund, but they will also arrange to come and collect it from you. Once you have submitted a request, they will usually collect it within two working days, while if you need to be refunded for a case, this will take place when collection is arranged.

• Delivery
