Still have not recieved cashback although it has now been confirmed. Have had to enquire about this cashback instead of getting automatically, but now appears to have sorted itself out.

cashback tracked,
but EDF haven't impressed me.
Terribly slow to transfer my energy.
Gave me transfer date; told me gas had started; so I cancelled my existing supply direct debit - only to discover they hadn't transferred. me.
Took 7 days to respond to an email.
After several complaints - still waiting to get my gas (nearly 9 weeks)- but they have offered me £20 goodwill for the problems (and the extra money I have to pay on a temporary higher tariff with existing supplier)

despite signing in and testing tracking this dualfuel switch did not track missing claim took 3 weeks but at last it has appeared, time will tell when i will get payment.

Having two dates for payment for electricity and gas is not the same as Scottish power was and as such makes it odd. I also had to remind them i wanted to add a meter reading for gas and that took another 2 weeks after change over date but time will tell if better customer elations ( not being racist at least there is no scottish accent not easy when you are deaf)

Did not track - submitted enquiry - 6 weeks later i got the cashback though :) - seems as though the cashback would not track until i paid the first direct debit payment with EDF Energy..
