EDF Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	Did not track. It has taken about 2 months but after submitting a claim to TCB it is now at confirmed status.

	Transfer of account to EDF was very good, no problems at all. No cashback yet though, there seems to be a delay.

	When we first thought about switching to EDF the cashback was £60, then it went down to £40 - thought better switch before it goes less. Switched at £40, it returned up to £60 about 2weeks later. Even at that lower amount it failed to track. Had to report a missing claim. Amount is now showing. It took approximately 2 months. The switch to EDF went seamlessly.

	This was the firstyime I had used TopCashBack and it has put me off, as I have had to phone them and email TopCashBack to get my money and this has taken a few weeks. However it has now been sorted and I will use CashBack again.

	Order submitted 27 August & supply began beginning of October. Took a few weeks to track & now waiting for it to become payable.

	It has been more than three months since I started the switch over and more than two months since my power was transfered to EDF. Cashback payment still not made. While they were very quick to transfer my energy, they are obviously not quick in paying out on their inducements.

	Very slow for cashback to be payable. Cashback went through in July but payment has still not been received!

	Caution! I had to chase up my Cashback claim for EDF as it didn't even show on the system for a long time. It is now showing as confirmed (finally - after waiting over 2 months), fingers crossed that it tracks and pays.

	still waiting for cashback from 14/08.. first it should have been payable on 30/09, then i message to wait a until 30/10... its now 2/11 still no cashback ..very poor cashback service
