While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

This was my first attempt at buying online and at using this site. Online questionaire from EDF was simple although I could not download the PDF file as it kept saying it was damaged (?) so had to say I had read terms and conditions, when I hadn't, or my details could not be processed. I have potentially saved £67 per month on my fuel bill and have £60 cashback pending so I am a happy bunny so far!
