EDF Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	EDF phoned to say that the order had been cancelled and they were reissuing it. Hence no cashback. If I thought they wouldn't just pull the same trick again I would re-order online. Very disappointing.

	Failed to track which is very unusual for me. Put in manual claim and it tracked 2 weeks later , dont give up on it !

	Not tracked three days later, this is the second time I tried as the first one didn't show. Will give it a bit longer and submit a missing claim. Would be good to know what percentage do track as there appear to be a lot that don't. Still was a good quote with EDF though, but shame to miss out on £60. Fingers crossed it will come thru in the end.

	Edf worked out cheapest energy supplier for me so decided to be greedy and switch through topcashback for the £60 cashback. It was a bad choice. So far failed to track. I could have switched through moneysupermarket.com for a guaranteed cashback of £30. Going to cancel contract with edf as im still in the cooling off period and reapply through moneysupermarket. Know this works as i changed energy supplier through them last year and as soon as your supply switches your cashback is payed into your bank account.

	I read all the negative comments, but the deal was too good to miss so had a go. Has tracked and shown as pending within hours with a target payable date of the end of October. Impressed so far, but of course have not switched seamlessly yet! :o-)

	Friday 21 August until today 6 sept the claim has not tracked and whilst i have reported to topcashback it seems like this is a rogue merchant that should really be dumped off here, all the previous comments suggest only a small % get through first time. Seeing as i have never had issues with any other merchant this is poor service come on tcb get their act together

	No problems with tracking and is now showing as confirmed within 3 weeks. Fingers crossed there will be no problems with the switchover.

	Still wait to track after six weeks, supply has now changed to EDF but still no sign. Looking at number of members with the same problem I feel that Top Cash Back should become involved as a matter of urgency. This is unacceptable!
