The SplitSave feature is available on both the website and the app, so you don’t have to go searching on other split ticket websites. SplitSave compares multiple routes and journeys, so if it’s cheaper to split a ticket into A>B>C rather than just A>C, they’ll incorporate those savings for you. You’ll even see a little summary of how much this saves you.
If you qualify for a Railcard, you can get huge deals and discounts on rail travel. Not sure what type of railcard you can get? Just answer a few basic questions and they'll let you know which ones you qualify for. Railcard discounts usually save you around a third on tickets, so you could make your money back within one or two journeys.
There are plenty of other ways to save, especially if you’re flexible on when you can travel. You’ll find low prices for super off-peak and off-peak travel times, which are less popular times to travel. This is usually outside of morning and evening commuting times and weekends.
