To be eligible for cashback you must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over at the time of applying for a Healthier Solutions Policy and be a current member of TopCashback whose terms and conditions also apply to this offer.
Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
The cashback offer only applies to the purchase of a new Healthier Solutions policies; it does not apply to renewals of existing Healthier Solutions policies.
No cashback will be paid if Aviva decline your application for an Aviva Healthier Solutions policy for any reason or if you have previously cancelled a Healthier Solutions policy taken out directly with Aviva in the 12 months preceding the date you apply for your new policy.
You must pay the first three consecutive monthly premiums in full due for the Healthier Solutions policy, or if you pay for the policy annually, a period of 90 days must have passed since the policy inception date to receive the cashback. If the policy is cancelled by you or Aviva for any reason before this has occurred, you will not receive any cashback.
You must click through to the Aviva product web page from the TopCashback website and apply at the Aviva website for a new Healthier Solutions policy to claim the cashback. When you click through, you must provide your name, email address, and postcode when requested.
The cashback offer is limited to one cashback payment per policy. For joint and family policies the cashback payment will be made to the account holder that takes out the joint policy.
Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer , voucher or discount unless specifically listed on the Promotion page.
Aviva reserves the right to cancel your Aviva Healthier Solutions policy and decline your cashback should there be reasonable basis for suspecting fraud or that you are abusing the terms of the Promotion.
The Promotion is only available while the Promotion page is actively displayed on the TopCashback website and may be removed at any time, without notice.

Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
The cashback amount is £100 together with any future amounts that TopCashback may offer in addition from time to time and will be paid into your TopCashback account.
To claim cashback: Click on the dedicated link to the promotion webpage to go through to the Aviva.co.uk product page; provide your name, email address and postcode to ensure your Cashback can be fulfilled. Apply for and then purchase a new Healthier Solutions policy and pay the first three consecutive monthly premiums due for the policy, or if you pay for the policy annually, a period of 90 days has passed since the policy inception date.
Once Aviva have successfully verified your cashback, it should be paid no later than 180 days after the policy inception date.
Existing Aviva customers, who do not already hold an Aviva Healthier Solutions product, will still be eligible for the existing Aviva Multi-Product discount (where applicable) in addition to the cashback. To access this discount, you will need to follow the link from the Promotion page and your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Aviva, or otherwise where fraud, abuse ,and/or error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Aviva reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
