What will stop me getting cashback?
- Car listings that don't convert into a car sold will be automatically declined after 60 days of being generated.
- Carwow's 'Sell your car' Cashback transactions are limited to 1 per person per calendar year. Your car plate registration and car seller's details must not have been entered on site within the last 360 days to be eligible for Cashback.
- Cashback is eligible for customers located in the UK only.
- If you, or the car dealer, cancel the sale of the vehicle before Cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account, then you will not be eligible to receive Cashback.
- Your vehicle must be sold and collected within 60 days beginning from the day of your listing to be eligible for Cashback.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Any purchases made on the carwow's website via the TopCashback link will be subject to the TopCashback Terms and Conditions (https://www.TopCashback.co.uk/Terms) and carwow's Terms and Conditions which can be found on (https://www.carwow.co.uk/terms-and-conditions)
- carwow will only validate one cashback transaction per site visit. If you wish to make multiple transactions on different products, please begin each journey from TopCashback. (Applicable if we also launch another cashback offer through cashback sites)
- Carwow's 'Sell your car' Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.
- Carwow's 'Sell your car' Cashback is available through TopCashback on genuine, tracked transactions, and they must be completed immediately and wholly online, not via the carwow App.
- Cashback may initially track at £0.00 in your TopCashback account and uplift on validation.
- Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link the sale of your vehicle to the TopCashback website. This means that you must click the TopCashback link, go straight through to the carwow's website, register your car plate, input your details, and complete a listing.
- Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered TopCashback payment method.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- This programme is being monitored. TopCashback members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- Cashback transactions should be confirmed in your TopCashback account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before Cashback is withdrawable from your account. Car listings that don't convert into a car sold will be automatically declined after 60 days of being generated.
- In the event of any queries about your Cashback, please get in touch with TopCashback Customer Support as the car dealer or carwow will not be able to deal with this type of query.
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
