EDF Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. Took about 3 weeks before my cashback appeared but everything else has gone smoothly. The switchover happened with no problem at all.

I tried 3 times here and had to cancel all orders after p/work arrived and no sign of trcking. I think there must have being some problem with all the negative comments at time of my orders.

The commission did not appear automatically. I had to complete a request for missing commission but it did show the 60 pound duel fuel I'm now waiting for EDF to confirm it.

Yet another that has failed to track. I have now cancelled as have a number of others. A considerable number of people appear to have being placed at a financial disadvantage as a result of "failed tracking". One persons loss is usually anothers gain!
