EDF Residential & EV Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

Having two dates for payment for electricity and gas is not the same as Scottish power was and as such makes it odd. I also had to remind them i wanted to add a meter reading for gas and that took another 2 weeks after change over date but time will tell if better customer elations ( not being racist at least there is no scottish accent not easy when you are deaf)

Did not track - submitted enquiry - 6 weeks later i got the cashback though :) - seems as though the cashback would not track until i paid the first direct debit payment with EDF Energy..

Was worried about this one as many people had reported that it didn't track, I did end up having to submit a missing commission claim but now it's confirmed at £60,

Quick to track and confirmed almost as soon as the gas transferred. (Did a dual swap and the electricity transferred much quicker than the gas). Not cleared for cashing in quite yet though

Has been confirmed now for a month or so, no sign yet of the actual cold hard cash. My supply transferred a month ago now, so it's about time they sent the funds. No problems with tracking or anything, just slow to pay out.

The service and switch over to EDF has been very easy and very good with limited effort on my part.. The only issue has been in getting the cash back registered Jacinta Stewart

I went to EDF using this site, I did have some cashback problems but it looks as if I will be eventually getting it paid to myself. I think you have to have changed over with EDF for your gas and electricity supply before you see any cashback, that is what I think has happened.
