While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	Had to manually claim, and like everyone else have been waiting for over 4 months to become payable. Not that impressed, but it's £60 that I wouldn't have had otherwise!

	Very good on line deal plus get nectar points as well with using edf energy Got switched over in good time Very happy with service and on line account access Just waiting for cashback to drop in Overall worth changing and doing it via topcashback made it even more worth while

	Took quite a while for the amount to be tracked - about 2 months and I had to submit an enquiry with TopCashBack.

	Everything tracked as promised, the gas coming out of the pipe seems burny enough and the electricity is quite sparky. It just took a very, very long time to become payable, especially compared to their forecast payment date.

	Be prepared to wait a few months for the cashback to be paid.I joined EDF on the 31st of July and have finally been paid by them today the 19th of Nov!!!! You will get your cashback but you might have to submit a few tickets to get it,if you don't mind that then it's a good offer.

	Tracked to Pending within a few days, though a couple of weeks have gone by now and still not confirmed. Judging by other feedback it will be a long while yet for either confirmation or payout, so I'll keep checking back - just reassured that it's tracked at least!

	Woohoo! At last, mine has become payable. Transaction went through mid-August. Was fairly confident I'd get the money, it has been very slow though. Fingers crossed this means they are clearing the backlog and everyone else gets theirs too.

	Joned EDF in August and tracked OK, then confirmed a few weeks later now finally payable in my account. Took about 15 weeks in total, but worth the wait.

	Purchased gas & electricity back in August i also had to contact TCB to get the sale to appear on my account. Although the £60 is now confirmed it's 3 months later and i'm still waiting for payout!
