Switched to Dual Fuel in July 09. Still waiting for cash back or even a confirmation that it will be processed despite an enquiry & nudges. Not impressed - I've never had such a wait with other cashback sites

Waited for a long time - about 3 months - but they paid out recently, so worth the wait as the service beat all other quotes I got at the time = a win, win situation. £60 cash back for dual fuel, payment in time for Xmas!

This online switch to this merchant did not initially appear as tracked and I had to query it with Topcashback. Thankfully it was resolved but it took me to action it, which is slightly worrying.
