EDF Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

Beware- just got first bill - rates nearly 25% more than when signed up. EDF say go back to comparison site not their fault. Cheaper to have stayed with British gas who offered £30 to stay with them- Not happy

Initially had to submit a claim after 2 weeks as cashback did not show. However, this was actioned swiftly showing as confirmed and payment was received approximately 3 months later.

It took an e-mail to Top Cashback to get EDF to acknowledge that they should pay me £60 and although this is now showing as confirmed it has not become payable as yet after at least 6 weeks. Very disappointed in EDF.

Very slow at making payment. Have chased up, and the amount is now listed as "Confirmed" (but not payable) for the last 2 weeks. Sigh...

Took a long time August >> December but eventually payment was made. Advice from Topcashback gave me a reasonable expectation of delay so I didn't fret. Now I just want to see the Nectar poionts to maximise the benefit. Merry Christmas to all fellow members and staff.
