While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

Purchased gas & electricity back in August i also had to contact TCB to get the sale to appear on my account. Although the £60 is now confirmed it's 3 months later and i'm still waiting for payout!

There are quite clearly issues between Topcashback/EDF/Affiliate when it comes to payment. It would be nice if someone officially could tell us why there are such delays. Tracking seems to run pretty smoothly in most cases judging by the % averages/comments whereas payments experience quite lengthy delays of up to 6 months, maybe more judging by the comments read. Come On Topcashback, what's going on ?

Had to submit a manual claim and then track down the right reference for EDF to ok the cashback but once that was sorted out it was confirmed very quickly. And it was the best dual fuel deal on the market.

According to TCB, EDF have paid all claims up to mid July as they do them in "batches". They weren't able to tell me when EDF will pay the next "batch". My claim went in mid August, so hopefully not too long now.....was hoping to have had this £60 long ago. *sigh*

Signed up here 29 August & confirmed promptly. Nothing since then. This is very naughty. Have booked a world cruise on the strength of this transaction. Anchors aweigh shortly. What am I to do?

Tracked 13/08/09 with a payable date of 30/09/09. Now well into November but still no payment. Looks like I'm not the only one. Come on TCB, sort us out.
