Recently transaction amounts are not shown in full. Earlier it was a complete figure. But for past few days Transaction values are less (shown without Tax). For every other retailer even Tax is considered as a purchase value so found this bit strange.

I would avoid Hotels.com. With respect to confirming your cash back they used to be good. Now they are awfully slow. I am still waiting for a confirmation of a cash back for a holiday in November. They are too slow and you spend so much time chasing and reminding.
