Tracked straight away but then decline 20 minutes later, no reason given, very poor. Won't use again. Expedia for me is much better.

Used many times with no issue however on the last occasion the merchant denied cashback claiming we had cancelled the booking - not true at all so £40.44 cashback lost. My feedback is based on this last experience.

I use Hotels.com as my preferred choice for booking hotels as the hotels are always first class. I am not sure why but I always encounter problems both on my mobile and laptop which results in me contacting the site to request they look at why I have not been paid. Once again tonight I have the wrong figure for the hotel and then the payment declined and I now need to ask why?

it would help if when requesting for a feedback we were refered to where and when we have stayed. We had quite afew bookings via Hotels.com so experiences could vary. Having said that, we can confirm that we can not remember ever having any serious problems with bookings via hotels.com. We can recommend using it. Site is convenient and choice of hotels is vast. even response by phone is easy, which is regretfully extremely rear these days. Generally - excellent service.

I use for myself and work so on average I use the site once a week. Cashback becomes payable within 3 weeks so no delays. I am in the process of chasing for untracked cashback which is taking longer to become payable, but I don't expect here to be any issues. Customer service is always top notch too if you need to call them. Fab merchant!

I booked with hotels.com paid in July and stayed 28 until 30 November 2015 as yet I have not had my cashback. Cashback did not track and I have submitted a ticket to topcashback. Not a good advert for Hotels.com
