Terrible at paying out. I have made three separate bookings now and have not been paid for any of them. In total Hotel.com should have paid me £86 in cashback. None of these three claims have tracked at all! Rip-off.

The tracking is terrible - it just doesn’t track ore often than not! ( and its not cookies as used iPhone, iPad, desktop) and it’s all the same!
