	Reliable and pays out with sensible lead times They always track (make sure you accept cookies!) and they go to payable like clockwork, 7 days after you have checked into your hotel. Definitely one of the best merchants on topcashback

	Excellent cashback - significantly reduced the cost of our holiday Booking through Hotels.com was seemless and I am very grateful the cashback tracked successfully, as it amounted to a significant sum (>£200 for one holiday, for two rooms). 	Satisfied customer Use this supplier regularly. Cashback has always tracked. It may take some time to reach payable but it has always been paid. Watch out for special one day increases in cashback.

	NOT GREAT Took 2 years after the holiday to finally give what they promised. They tried giving me 1 6th of what they owed. Raised a claim and that took ages. Luckily I screenshotted every part of the process so they couldn't get out of it.

	Don't do it Denied cashback, meaning I've missed out on a huge sum of money. I'm not the only one - see other reviews. Hotels.com have lost me as a customer.

	Quick cashback Used for booking a few hotels in multiple multi-stop holidays. It's a little frustrating when you book in advance as you have to wait to complete your stay but then cash comes through.

	Cash back good Received cash back within 3 weeks of the stay but many months after paying and have to say the Macdonalds Botley hotel was not good value. The room we were allocated was very tired, as were we by the time we found it a long way from the reception area!

	False advertising I used the oneclick activation to enable the cashback from Hotel.com They are refusing to honour their advert that I would receive 12% cashback. This is misleading and false advertising. I would not have booked with Hotels.com were it not for the cashback as the hotel was cheaper elsewhere. I use hotels.com very regularly, but I will be using other aggregate sites moving forward

	Quick cashback payout, great merchant to find the best hotel deals Cashback was received within three days of check out - if only other merchants were as efficient. I am still waiting for one, from my stay back in January, to be at least confirmed. Going back to Hotels.com, I highly recommend them to any customer. Great listings, very easy navigation through the website and literally, TOP cashback payout.

	terrible experience I made 3 bookings on here and none of the 3 tracked. like many other people, had a lot of back and forth with both TCB and Hotels.com. they're quick to copy and paste their generic reply saying I should enable cookies, not use voucher codes etc etc. I have used this site for years and 99% of the time, other retailers track correctly. Hotels.com tracks 0% of the time. won't use again

	Rarely pays what is due Rarely give you what is due. Make sure you record the transaction details for complaint later.
