	Fast payment after stay I booked accommodation a while ago at an enhanced rate of 20% (check out for the special offer days!) and it tracked quickly. It became confirmed and payable within 10 days after the end of the stay. What a great experience - one of the best on TopCashback!

	Hotels.com use this as a scam I booked through the link as a promotional offer was advertised. Like others, I've received a message saying "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase". This was completely untrue - they just obviously didn't want to pay the amount they had advertised.

	Always pays out quickly Hotels.com cashback is always good, and they always pay out quickly. Never had a problem and will continue to book through them.

	Fooling everybody It's extremely convenient for Hotels.com to always say that "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." whenever they DON'T want to pay the cashback. I wonder how many of the purchases that are considered non-eligible to the cashback were made on promotional rates... I had a 20% cashback to be received for a pretty big purchase I made, and it's not surprising at all that they are now saying that I'm not eligible to cashback. Won't book a single hotel through this supplier ever again.

	Won't bother again Held off on cashback claiming stay had to be completed before it would be rewarded - fine makes sense. After stay was completed, refused cashback claiming "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase".

	One of the best I always book my Hotels.com stays through TopCashback, and the savings are incredible. The cashback usually tracks within a few hours of booking. Even though it takes a few months to become 'payable' (usually after the stay is completed), the high percentage rates make it well worth the wait. It’s essentially a free discount on top of the Hotels.com Rewards points. Highly recommend for frequent travelers!

	10% offered - 2% given POOR! I won’t be using hotels.com again. As they don’t give you the correct cash back. Even after appealing, it still refused. I’m off

	Turned down valid claim - AVOID FLYCATCHER ADVERTISED RATES Claim TCB weren't the last click-through. Been using TCB for a very long time so know the drill and they absolutely WERE the final click-through. Strange that my booking confirmation came through a couple of minutes afterwards - i.e. after entering my details. Should be removed from TCB if they have no intention of paying the advertised rates

	inconsistent I had very good experience with payment promptly delivered just after my stay, and less good experience where I had to wait for months before being paid. Hotels.com used to provide excellent value as they also had a reward system with a free stay after 10 stamps. Nowadays the rewards are significantly worse, and they expire quickly. Average.
