Don't always pay out. Very poor in fact. Booked hotel for £1200 have so far refused to pay me cashback. Hotel was booked in April with a 10.5% cashback

I can't believe the other reviews giving 5 stars. I booked through top cash back and stayed at the hotel in July. Despite numerous messages and nudges I am still waiting for my cashback. This is being dealt with by customer services, who have all the booking details, but there is still no response from Hotels.com

Cashback did not track, so submitted claim straight away, which was declined. Given reason "Invalid order number" even though the order number stated is the one that still shows in my history when I log into hotels.com account! Queried this with hotels.com but they still refused to pay. It took a year and a half for them to look into it and again declined cashback. Disappointed.
