I booked with hotels.com paid in July and stayed 28 until 30 November 2015 as yet I have not had my cashback. Cashback did not track and I have submitted a ticket to topcashback. Not a good advert for Hotels.com

Great value site - always the best choice, really good offers, the best hotels in the nicest locations. Cashback can take a little longer than other retailers but in fairness they consistently offer the best cashback rates so they are forgiven! Thx Hotels.com and TCB.

Disappointing. Previously tracked ok for£7 or £8 when used before - but when booked honeymoon spending over £1700 nothing tracked!! Ticket in, 6 months waited so far, TCB doing their best - but not impressed with Hotels.com. Will happily update if resolved!!
