Don't always pay out. Very poor in fact. Booked hotel for £1200 have so far refused to pay me cashback. Hotel was booked in April with a 10.5% cashback

Getting the cashback is notthe problem. The problem really is the lack of a VAT receipt with this company. Not the easiest company to deal with in terms of customer service either!
