Terrble nearly every time. Firstly they never pay without making a claim through TCB and frequently they try and avoid paying by saying TCB where not the refererrer. I dont get any trouble with the other marchants I use.

Really generous rates, but maybe I've just been unlucky - waiting for cashback for three completed stays in June. Submitted claims which have been confirmed, but still waiting for merchant and £130 cashback. Disappointing.

very poor experience. I only booked this hotel due to the cashback offered and they have declined the cashback for no valid reason. we stayed there and paid in full and we have not received the cashback!
