Very poor experience. I have just received cashback now for a transaction that was booked in June 2014 and used in November 2014. The claim didn't track, they then declinced it based on an invaild order number which was clearly rubbish since I had the order number on an email they sent me! The only reason it got paid out was because of the hard work of the Top Cashback team and my refusal to accept their reason for declining my claim. They do pay a generous level of cashback but boy, do you have to jump through hoops to actually get your money! Needless to say I won't be using them again in a hurry.

rarely tracks and little or no help from TCB regarding this retailer, better use other cashback sites when it comes to Hotels.com since they changed name

horrible: Long waiting and got various reasons, like invalid order no, booking canceled and so on, to reject my claim which are real transactions recorded. Unbelievably troublesome experience!
