While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

	ordered end of sept, failed to track so sumbitted a claim, tcb dealt with it really quickly and tracked middle of nov, now confirmed so looking forward to it being payable and spending it :D

	Registered on 25/11. Heard nothing and not tracked so contacted them again today (29/11). Suggested I re-register. Did so and still heard nothing and not tracked. Is this a scam?

	I am the 5th in my family/ friends who have signed up to EDF NONE have track despite following the TCB guide .....not worried manual claims submitted not tracked yet but we are confident that we will be sorted in the end as we have all the correct details ......signing up save me 18% comapred to my present supply !! amazing deal

	16/11 claim status: "awaiting topcashback". Made an enquiry with topcashback, their answer:"Claims are submitted in batches and claims with this network are due to be sent late next week. "

	I have moved to EDF Energy from Scottish Power. Dual fuel cashback of £81.60 from TopCashBack and £100.00 from EDF Energy which is added to the account in the first three month. You have to run your account via the Internet. No problems with EDF Energy and they assist if required.

	ordered:08/11 12/11:still not tracked 12/11:submitted a claim to topcash back topcashback reply: claim on ice till 19/11, 7 days minimum wait etc told topcashback 19/11 too late because u have 12 days from contract date to change mind. 15/11:still not tracked, topcashback refuse to lift claim on ice :( Will phone EDF energy myself if topcashback dont solve this before 19/11 and I will cancel if EDF dont help out. I will keep you posted as to how this develops. TopCashback

	Still waiting for this to track, not too happy, claim submitted, but have just noticed that at the top of the page it actually says that the amount will be paid by TopCashBack not EDF so nt sure what that means.

	did not receive cashback, after ages and going out of my way to get a reference number, gave up on this request and pretty much topcashback.co.uk, there are better and faster alternatives

	switched to EDF in January. Still waiting for cashback. Not impressed with Top Cashback, all they seem to do is put you off with its not our fault. You will have to wait. HOW LONG ?

	tracked quickly , confirmed quickley , just waiting for it to go payable, no problems with the change over will have to c what there service is like, i went for online saver 6 fixed tariff till 2011 lucky as they have just put up prices for saver 5, but so far so good
