Very happy with the product & like the fact that I can order online & benefit from cashback, but get it delivered to my local store so I don't have to pay additional delivery charges. Cashback has tracked without a problem.

My first order was easy and the cashback site directed OK. I picked up my order from store and found that one of the items had half of the set missing. I had to ring Customer Services and the lady I spoke to was brilliant she dealt with my query quicky and was extremely efficient. I am awaiting my second order.

This always takes a day or two to be tracked and the cashback is minimal, but on already good service/prices the money is an extra bonus.
