Never Tracks
I currently have 9 Missing Cashback Claims logged against M&S dating back to 02/03/26. None of my purchases over the years have ever tracked, I have always had to initiate a missing cashback claim. If you are relying on the cashback from your transactions I would not use this retailer!

Would give zero stars if possible.
Have bought multiple orders from this merchant, and not one has ever tracked, or cashback received.
Topcashback should review this merchant.

The rates aren’t true
My order tracked immediately however I spent £77 on 2 items of children’s fashion clothing and the cashback offer for fashion was 10%. What have I got as cashback? 64p. Hardly worth it. The items were not on offer either and were to my mind overly expensive.

I have made a number of purchases over the years from M&S and they seldom pay out the Cashback automatically. Invariably I have to ask you to investigate. Makes me wonder whether they really want to be part of the scheme.

Paid out but the amount keeps reducing for flowers and gifts so not great. M&S need to treat their customers better, a lot better or I'll be going elsewhere for flowers and birthday gifts.
