Orders don't track
What a waste if time. Orders don't track automatically and the process to get purchases checked can take 3 or 4 months. Still not received the opening offer of £15 despite filing a claim! TopCashBack is a waste of time with this merchant.

Beware
I did 2 orders for flowers at the same time. The 1st tracked ok but the 2nd didn't. For the first I got £6 back but for the 2nd I had to raise a missing cashback claim which eventually paid out £5 as Topcashback took £1 off for themselves!!!! Scammers.

Cash back does not track
Cash back never tracks for Marks and Spencer. Even when you go through the effort of trying to claim by entering all the items you have purchased it still does not work.

Transactions do not track!!
I have purchased twice from this merchant in the past couple of months, and both times the orders have gone untracked. Despite putting a claim in for both transactions they have not been resolved. Avoid this merchant if the cashback is the motivator.

Just logged in to Top Cashback site chose the retailer and ordered. Very easy. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to clear for payment.

I earned £10.00 cashback through ordering a bouquet of flowers from Marks & Spencers
The large bunch of roses delivered to my mum for her birthday were stunning!

Not paying out.
I shop quite often at M&S, but don't always remember to use the cashback link. Past couple of months I've placed quite a few orders, all via the cashback link and not one of them has tracked. It's a faff raising a claim.

No show
I attempted to buy clothing from M&S yesterday through Top Cashback and, for the second time, the sale has not been registered. I know the website says it can take some days to show but, previously, sales were reflected in my account same day or next day. Unfortunately, I can't place the date of the other time recently this occurred but that sale whenever it was never registered either.

The Best
Cashback from M&S tracks almost instantly and they always pay the cashback owed. I have made many purchases from M&S using Top Cashback and never had any difficulties at all.
