Appalling...didn't pay up. Falsely claimed that not the last channel. Complete lie. I've been on TCB for years and know the right way to receive cashback on genuine transaction. Shame on M&S

Nothing wrong with the product or service but the cashback is problematic. I have placed two orders for wine - nothing else in the order) - which should have paid 10.2% (new customer) / 6.8% (existing customer) for "food,flowers & alcohol". Both tracked at the 0.85% rate, which is supposed to be for "Clothing, home & beauty". So, It's tracked at £1.86 cashback rather than the £18.13 I should be getting - a big difference. Claims submitted for both purchases - let's see if they increase the cashback to the correct amount.

Only 3 star applied as we didn't receive the full cashback as per the M&S topcashback offer and it took over 4 months after having to chase it up. It was a straightforward as order was for consumables so cashback should have been paid within 2-4 weeks maximum.

Often does not track correctly, especially the wines. It then takes too long to correct, leaving me wondering if I should have just used my other vouchers for the goods and not gone through TCB at all.
