Refused to honour cashback
Firstly my transaction/purchase didn't track. Then M&S refused to honour my claim. I followed all the cashback guidelines, but still declined! Not impressed.

Cashback not showing
I've purchased quite a few items mid January from M&S and all of a sudden the cashback isn't showing up but it's also on other companies as well not just M&S even though it's not their fault Topcashback are taking so long just to investigate it & plus on one purchase I was supposed to have a £2 bonus but surprise, surprise that also hasn't shown up on my account.

No Cashback Tracking
Recently bought three items on separate occasions. Cashback did not track automatically on any occasion, had to enter it manually, is this a ploy to extend there non payment times?

Never seems to be automatic
Never a problem, logging a case has always resulted in cashback, but it would be nice for it to happen automatically like purchases from other companies. Having to remember to wait a week and put a request in is a bind.

I always have to lodge a claim, you just paid me one after waiting a long time and now I have 2 more claims. The £31 pound one needs to be deleted as I returned goods

Rarely Tracks
On purchases i have made it rarely tracks. When i contacted tcb customers service it shows you made the purchase but gets rejected by merchant for unclear reasons. I would not waste your time.

Misleading
I have on more than one occasion made a purchase from M & S through Topcashback but there is no sign of any cashback. There does not seem to be a valid reason for this.

Appalling!
Time to payout is appalling, rate is very low, and half the transactions don't track. It's far less hassle not to use TopCashback for M&S! I do love M&S though, just not this experience.

M&S doesn’t give cash back straight away . You always have to submit a form to get cash back which is very frustrating
