So slow
None of my purchases automatically track, have to raise a claim for everything, then really slow to complete, I have claims 3 months old and still waiting.

Didn’t track
What’s the point. Made a large purchase at Christmas and they now say it didn’t track through TCB. I followed the correct steps. Very disappointing.

it never ever tracks
It does warn you it may not track however 3 times i didnt receive anything so i assumed it is because i use the mns app, so deleted the app and shopped online, still nothing and didnt track

Never tracks
I always have to raise a claim which then goes "on ice" and isn't always resolved. Its a pain to keep track of everything!

M&S not always dependable
Very hit and miss- sometimes goes through with no problem other times although you go through correct procedure the cashback doesn’t register. Very annoying!

Never tracks automatically any more
For over 12 months every single transaction with M&S has failed to track automatically (was fine before that). After raising a missing cashback claim it always goes through OK but this really shouldn't be necessary on every single occasion.

Doesn't automatically track
Seems now that every time I order from M&S the cashback doesn't automatically get tracked, and I have to raise a missing cashback claim which takes ages to get resolved.
It used to work - please can you fix this, it's a pain!

M&S is 1of 2 that never track for me (Screwfix the other). I'm really getting sick of it now. The latest cashback boost never worked yet again so yet another 'raise a claim'.
