Appalling!
Time to payout is appalling, rate is very low, and half the transactions don't track. It's far less hassle not to use TopCashback for M&S! I do love M&S though, just not this experience.

M&S has failed to track for 8 months
As a regular shopper through Topcashback this retailer has failed to track for past 8 months and unable to contact Topcashback directly to resolve issue. You are directed through online portal of having to lodge an individual claim only with no facility to add a general comment regarding multiple claims not tracking.

Cashback has not been showing up for M&S purchases
I buy quite a lot from M&S but the last three purchases have actually not shown up on my dashboard (I've submitted a 'lost' cashback for each which TopCashBack is dealing with. I've just bought something else today - be interesting to see if this purchase actually shows up in my 'earnings'. I have no idea why there's suddenly been a problem since March, but I would like it sorted out please. Thanks. Saira

Poor rewards for regular existing customers
The rate for regular customers is much lower than the rate for new customers and quite often, during recent online shopping, my visits haven’t even been recorded. I also find them slow to pay out. Poor service from such a large company.

Cashback doesn't track
M&S is a really poor experience, have had cashback refused in the past for purchases that have gone through Top Cashback and lately my purchases aren't even tracking at all. For the small amount of cashback offered, would be better off searching for an instant discount code from another source.

Stop tracking
The last 4 orders I have put in, haven't tracked, never had this problem before and don't have it with any other retailer. Not sure why. Very frustrating having to put manual claims in all the time.
