There was a message displayed before I clicked through to the M&S site to say that transactions were being monitored in "real time" to detect fraudulent use and any suspect transactions would not receive cashback. Well, guess what, I notice that following my purchase my cashback is £0.00. I can assure you my use was not fraudulent.

Purchased a Fridge Freezer from M&S on 3 June 2010. Great price and good cashback rate. Unfortunately the transaction wasn't logged and I had to raise a claim.
However, TopCashBack resolved this with M&S on 20 October 2010 and cashback was recieved. Thanks TopCashBack.
