Instead very poor cashback of 33p on £180 spend! Initially reported correctly at £5+, but now reduced to 33p which has yet to be paid.
Goods and rest of service were fine.

Tracked quickly however purchased items in sale and when items were received only half the order was delivered as items had gone out of stock between ordering and delivery !

Got my car insurance through M&S, price was excellent, with great extras included in the cover. Peace of mind with such a great brand name behind you also. Cashback tracked very quickly, but confirmation now due 5 months after purchase!! Then I suppose another wait before being able to withdraw - that really is too long. Price-wise and quality however, unbeatable.

I found everything fine as one would expect from M and S. I have used them several times and they have always tracked within hours. I use the collect in store option which has never posed any problems for me.
