Disaster - item ordered out of stock -took a week to let me know -I didnt realise that with M&S item not guaranteed for delivery until payment goes out of bank -WILL NOT USE ONLINE SHOPPING WITH M&S AGAIN !!

If purchasing a gift card, please be aware it doesn't come with a envelope, it is used to post it in, so i had to find another one to give it to the recipient, p&p charges are 3 times what it actually cost, customer services ignored my emails, cashback took over 4 months.

Quality of SOME products not quiet as good as they used to be, but through Topcash Back and vouchers you can grab a good bargain,even though the quality in my opinion is not as good as it was on SOME items I will still continue to perchase from this retailer.

Tracked and paid on time...no problems. I note one reviewer said they still had to pay for postage even though returned goods - always ask for refund on postage if goods are not fit for purpose!!

Marks and Spencer are not the best at online shopping.They are often out of stock even though the web allows you to order.
Sometimes freepost offers can be misleading.I ordered school shirts and a pack of socks on their latest Free Delivery for schoolwear offer.The shirts did not fit so I had to return them.At the refund stage they deducted £3.50 off the refund to pay for delivery on the one pack of socks!!
