Both myself and a friend have had not one transaction track since march when previously it only took hours. Tickets raised but have given up. No one seems to know how to rectify the problem which is a shame as use them regularly.

Bought a couple of fruit baskets for colleagues. Well presented and good quality, just a pity the delivery driver dropped one of them over the persons 6ft fence as they weren't at home to take delivery. No major damage done but he did know it was a fruit basket!

As a previous poster mentioned, I ordered over £250 worth of food for a party. The cashback appeared as zero and stayed there for many months before finally appearing and after nudging Top Cashback. It did appear eventually (thanks Top Cashback) but it left me concerned at the way the cashback was handled by M&S.

I find M&S give cashback very quickly for purchases of clothes. BUT - when buying Food To Go (collected in-store), the cashback takes months and months to come through and often tracks as £0.00 at first so that I've had to send several nudges before it's put right. I spend quite a bit with M&S on Food To Go because I regularly purchase food on behalf of a group of people, and it's disappointing that M&S keep me waiting such a long time before paying up (I rely on the cashback to cover the cost of the petrol I use when collecting the food!). As clothes purchases are dealt with swiftly, could M&S be asked to look into why there is such an unacceptable delay in paying cashback for food purchases?

I am really pleased with the quality of goods and service from this retailer.All goods are well presented and packaged.The free delivery to store is really good,no additional id is required when collecting items other than the confirmation email.
