M&S - what more is there to say? They are the staple of clothes shopping. In particular, their non-iron school shirts are amazing - even after two years of weekly washing my son's shirts still kept their shape and colour.

I've placed several orders with M&S via TopCashBack and so far the cashback hasn't been paid on the expected date and I'm still waiting; one item tracked with a nil cashback in error, and so I've submitted an Enquiry. Their goods are first class; it's a great pity they are so slow to pay out the cashback when it's due. As M&S are a reputable company I trust the money will turn up in the end!

I have been asked to rate the above merchant, so far so good, joined yesterday, very easy access to the merchant's web page. Products should be sent by Monday, have yet to recieve the cashback, would be very likely to re-visit this merchant for cashback.

Although it was a long time before delivery it was worth the wait. The product was good quality and the delivery men assembled the furniture in a clean and professional way so no complaints at all. Would buy furniture again from them.

No cashback problems but M&S were awful at customer service. They couldn't deliver my item and I struggled to get a refund before I quoted the Distance Selling Regulations at them. Horrible, and I will never order from them again. Shame, as they have good deals on wine which work out at just over £3 a bottle.
