While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	I have been waiting 21 weeks for cashback! Average payout 12 weeks. Very disappointed. Customer services say just to wait. I think I’ve waited enough!

	I would rate getting the Cashback from Topcashback a complete nightmare. I had it confirmed with EDF that they had done all they needed to do. Topcashback needs to do much more for it's customers.

	Just over the estimated time scale - which was already quite long. Also didn't track, had to do a missing claim but all ok now, awaiting payout BACS!

	i am waiting for my cashback last from nearly 8 months - within couple of months my 12 months fix contract will finish and i am still waiting for cashback. TCB trying to help me but unfortunately every time i have been told just wait we are trying to resolve my cashback. i have provided all information and i am still paying direct debit so i dont think so it may take that long to resolve and pay my cashback. i would like to say in my opinion we are wasting time with EDF Energy especially for cashabck.

	Only give 1 star because I couldnt give 0 !Delined without reason - Signed up Jan 2017 and tracked until September whne it was declined, apparantly the whole batch from January was declined. Opened claim and still awaiting claim result in December 2017.

	Alas, this was my poorest TopCashBack experience - as EDF failed to honour their offer. No other TopCashBack has resulted in such a lengthy claim... which in the end was rejected as TopCashBack was "not identified as the last referrer". This was disappointing as I had cleared my Web Browser's cookies, on express reason to try to ensure this cashback worked smoothly. Therefore my perspective is that EDF failed to honour the £50 cashback offer via TopCashBack. Thankfully there are alternative energy suppliers out there...

	Signed up to EDF until 2014 in July. Top Cashback confirmed on same day. Become supplier in September and am now paying them 106 pounds per month. Claimed 20 cashback but, despite efforts by Top Cashback, they are refusing to pay. They say I used another discount website to access their site but this is not correct. Very disappointed and would suggest others take care.

	Failed to track. Claim raised and eventually appeared 5 months after the switch. But then paid very quickly.

	Applied on 18/08/11 and was emailed with a conformation straight away. Did not track so submitted a claim on 06/09/11. Became confirmed on 04/10/11 and payable today 02/11/11. Satisfied overall.
