Be very careful if you return a large number of items, especially during busy times such as Christmas. My parces were collected on 7 Dec 2012 and I still haven't received a full refund for all the items returned. When I last called customer services the guy would not listen to me and insisted that all refunds had been made. I had to send in a full reconciliation and copies of my credit card statements to prove otherwise. I received a phone call a few days later informing me that a refund for the final balance has been made into my credit card. It's now 7 working days since that phone call and I still haven't received the refund. I am giving them one more chance to get it right before I take this further. The level of customer service from Debenhams is abysmal. I am also not impressed at having to call an 0844 number to chase my refund. Topcashback however is fantastic!

Still waiting for cashback from 3rd September & 14th November. Top Cashback are still waiting for a response from Debenhams. Not good enough. Glad I don't use Debenhams very often.

I have purchased from Debenhams six times recently and none of them have tracked successfully at all. I have lodged claims each time and am awaiting a result. Poor show Debenhams as a purchase around a year ago tracked no problem!

Debenhams for some reason never ever records cash back for me or tracks. I have put in requests but still nothing. Very frustrating as just read other reviews and clearly they are tracking / paying out to others.

I've purchased a number of times in the lead-up to Christmas. Not all orders have tracked and I've had to submit claims. Sale prices have been good and delivery very fast and was free before Christmas. Have also used the collect at store option which works well.

Cashback tracked then moved to Zero. Thinking of returning the goods just out of principle. It would be cheaper for Debenhams to honour my cashback rather than deliver and then pick up 2 sofas.

Purchased several orders with Debenhams and I've submittted a cashback claim for an order I purchased in September 2012 and haven't received the cashback. A total of three nudges later and still no cashback ... I have since ordered from Debenhams and have my purchases have been tracked. Come on Debenhams, pull your finger out and pay me my cashback please!!!

Really disappointed that this transaction did not track..
I submitted a query and TCB were very helpful, but Debenhams refused to honour the cashback stating another merchant had claimed it.
No idea how as I do not use any other cashback websites at all !!

Ordered some items from Debenhams 15 December - was guaranteed Christmas delivery. I called on the 23rd to track my items which had been dispatched since 18th December. I was told to wait until after 6pm on christmas eve and if they did not arrive call for a refund. THEY WERE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS! Anyway I called as instructed and they were closed. I will spend the rest of my life discouraging anyone I know from ordering from these losers.

I like buying with Debenhams because I can easily find clothes in my style and there are usually no problems with quality or sizes.
This time, however, I’m not satisfied with the transaction. I had two gift cards of £25 each and some balance on Love2Shop card I wanted to use. I was planning to place large order (over £150) for Christmas. I was also happy to see I would qualify for 8% cashback.
All was fine until the payment when I realised that you can only use one card per transaction. That meant I had to split my order into at least 3 separate. I am now left with two gift cards (£2-£5 on each) which I am only able to use in store (of course there is none in my city of 0.5 mln citizens).
In addition two of the transactions (one of which was over £100) did not track properly. Let’s hope TopCashback will deal with it promptly.
Oh! And my chashback was also reduced to 3-5% :(
I hope that at least order will arrive before Christmas as promised.
