I have purchased through TCB in the past and purchases never tracked though I always got the cashback eventually after submitting a claim. Great to see that tracking with Debenhams is now working, with my purchase tracking within the hour. Shame that the percentage of cashback is so low!

Great service tracked quickly and paid out very quick. This company is not on fast track system but does not need to as they are just as quick.

I have had several transactions that have not been tracked, many of which I have forgot to raise tickets for. The last one was on 11 March and I did raise a ticket for this but I am still waiting for approx. £18 cashback to show in my account and I have again made 2 purchases with Debenhams this last 2 weeks and again neither transaction has tracked. I have no issues with other transactions just Debenhams so something needs to be done about this!

Same as other recent reviewers. Cashback use to track 95% of the time but now a bit hit and miss. I have placed 15 separate orders this month and only 6 tracked. I've put in cashback claims for the other 9 orders!

my orders have not tracked either but always had a good result and tracking before wallis is excellent come on Debenhams you will lose customers

Used to track fine before. However, 3 purchases made recently have not tracked. I have put in the claims via tcb. Will wait and see...........

Whilst I really appreciate being offered 5% cashback for purchases with Debenhams, I have made 3 separate purchases recently and not one of them tracked! Very disappointed - this is only the second seller I have had problems with in the few years that I have been using Topcashback.

debenhams used to pay the cashback quickly but recently they have been bad ,tracked over 2 months and nothing paid ,very slow

Placed two orders one day apart, one for around £60 and one for around £40, cashback tracked and confirmed then after a month went to £0. Filed a claim and it was refused by Debenhams due to the fact that they claim we returned an item for a replacement, the fact is it took debenhams 4 deliverys to send a set of wine glasses as they were so poorly wrapped they kept getting smashed. Under the terms of cashback if you send an item back for replacement you loose the cashback, tried to argue it was their fault and we would not have broken the terms if they had sent them correctly, they refused. The other thing is they would not payout for the other order either even though it was placed in a seperate order. I hope to see Debenhams on the next headlines of shops gone in to administration I will not be buying from them again as they are over priced, the orders placed only worked out at a little cheaper than else where if taking the topcashback in to account

Got to laugh at this cashback experience, I ordered item payment was taken off my debit card to then be e-mailed they can't fullfil my order, took sometime to get money back into bank but they payed me 63p cashback ;-)

Cashback declined on £165 purchase, will not be using Debenhams again, nor Debenhams Flowers who are shockingly even worse!

I spent £179 on a vacuum but Debenhams have refused to attribute Topcashback as the last referrer - even though I cleared cookies as usual. Having been a member and used Topcashback regularly, I know this procedure only too well. Very, very disappointed.

Disappointed in Debenhams paying cash back. I have had to put in a claim for the last 4 times that I have bought from them through cash back. Am I just unlucky?

10% discount is currently being offered through here, I have just purchased clothes online, entered promo code with no issues but then no discounts are applied. Pretty disappointing.

I used them for flowers. Ordered and payed for weeks in advance but they didnt show up, no notice was given, then they ignored 3 emails. Oh and there "service" line is a chargeable 0845. Terrible, really awful retailer.

Bad experience, cashback tracked but at wrong amount then after a few weeks went to zero, TCB investigated - usual excuse from retailer of 'used a third party', don’t know what this means - never used one, seems unfair and seems to be increasingly used. Products never arrived in time either as promised so had to wait until after Christmas for it to arrive - not ideal - to be avoided.

Cashback failed to track, then Debenhams declined the claim as it 'didn't meet terms and conditions'. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Debenahms very hit and miss now. Ordered purple shoes with discount code no problem. Ordered same shoes in black, used same discount code and claim was rejected after a manual claim. Some track and pay out fine, others fail to track and get declined after a very, very, very long wait for resolution with manual claim. Absolutely no consistency now with Debenhams. Be warned.
