Hi be warned Debenhams website will allow you enter more than one promo code at a time, but its not until you receive the confirmation email you see they only honour one. When I raised this with them I was advise I should have read the t&cs, agreed but lets be honest who has time more that. Most websites will state you are only allowed one code and will not allow you to enter more than one. I wanted to cancel my order but was advised I could as this had to be done with in 30 mins of the order being placed. The inly way to avoid postal charges is to refuse delivery, again this wont happen as its unlikely I'll be in.

I have always shopped with Debenhams through TCB, but the last few months my cashback hasn't tracked. I have done as TCB say, and cleared cookies etc, but still it doesn't track. Really very annoying!

I have shopped with Debenhams online several times. Every time something that was listed as available on the webpage ends up being out of stock. They just ship the other items (without contacting you to see what you want to do) and decline your cashback for the WHOLE order (instead of just adjusting it to reflect the items they sent). This has happened EVERY TIME. Submitting missing cashback claims has not helped. So I wouldn't recommend using Debenhams if you want to get any cashback.

have purchased a lot from Debenhams lately and none of them tracked, got about 5 claims open. hopefully I get cashback as I have spent a lot.

Tracked within 24hrs. It showed the cash back would become payable in seven weeks. Checked today to see if it had become payable, and it was. Well done. Definitely use them again.

Failed to track, which is annoying when you've just spent almost £100. Debenhams products are usually good value for money -- what a pity I had to raise a manual claim which might eventually pay up. Topcashback is able to trace my merchant visits; I wish they could also check whether tracking happens when I purchase.

Still waiting for cashback from July 2012! It really annoys me that you honour these companies with your business,they offer a decent amount of cashback then fail to pay.All procedures followed fully so no reason why cashback should not been paid.Debenhams you are a disgrace conning people.

Every time I make a purchase with Debenhams it doesn't track (even after clearing cookies) After raising a claim it get rejected by Debs anyway - giving some excuse or another. Not happy when spending nearly £200

Love Debenhams but cashback never seems to track. All three occassions no tracking. Have put in manual claims but will wait and see as it takes ages.

Debenhams cashback has never tracked for me, so frustrating - why on earth be on the Topcashback site if their systems are not set up for this? They did eventually pay out on my last two orders, but I have just placed another and surprise surprise, after a week there is still no cashback showing on my account. Appalling for such a large retailer.

again placed an order and never tracked - have had to submit a claim, as others have said do get cash back eventually but never automatically always have to open a claim, reason for this is unknown

Have purchased few times and on each occasion it never tracks and I have to open a claim, 2 are open and sent to merchant, have placed an order today so will wait to see tracks automatically or not

I have placed 3 orders recently and none of them have tracked. I am very disappointed as previous orders tracked with no problem.

I am extremely disappointed with Debenhams cashback. Although the claims tracked for 2 separate transactions, they were both later declined. I believe this to be because I returned part of the orders - although I still had spent over £60 on one order even after the return. I appealed this, basing my claim only on cashback for the total of those items I had kept, but Debenhams refused to pay saying my claim did not qualify. There was no further explanation given. Doubtful I'll use Debenhams again as I have previous experience of poor Customer Service. Unsatisfactory.

so very disappointed in the debs cashback!!!!! love to shop with them,but not tracking and it reflects on where I spend my money haven't had any update on my raised ticket claims so Debenhams will probably give you a miss.

Have used the online ordering a few times now and it always tracks by the next day at the latest. Delivery is very quick,simple to return via Royal Mail if required or return to store service. Really impressed and will definitely use again.

Did not pay cashback at the advertised rate. In response to my claim they responded that the claim did not qualify for cash back, even though they had paid out at a lower rate. As the transaction had automatically tracked at the lower, incorrect, rate this was clearly not the correct response. Very poor service, and will be avoided in future.

Response from my claim for untracked cashback: Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. In summary, AVOID DEBENHAMS, THEY'RE THEIVES!
