This is the second time I have attempted a purchase through TC with this retailer. Same experience both times, tracked but no payout. Not impressed.

I've just discovered that my cashback for November 3rd 2013 HAS been declined, as I suspected it would be in my previous comment. Debenhams had offered refunds for 2 damaged items, yet refunded 1, I had to claim through my credit card company for the other. Not something you expect from a A-list company like Debenhams. Customer services were very understanding and symphathic, so I am very annoyed that some faceless jobsworth declined my cashback for a problem that was caused completely by Debenhams.

Although transaction track, recently they keep being declined a few weeks later! I did not return items or use voucher either, not happy.

For some unknown reason Debenhams are now declining all my TC payments...I have made several purchases for xmas presents and I always use voucher codes recommended by TC so why decline the payment...TC you need to sort this out as by the looks of it, its happening all the time now...

Placed 5 on-line orders for Christmas presents. Debenhams advised that they were unable to fulfill one the orders a week after it was submitted and then declined cashback on that order and the other 4 (?). Very disappointed with this retailer and cashback experience - will stick to M & S in future !

The last 3 or 4 orders i have placed with Debenhams through TCB track and then eventually end up being declined. Poor on Debenhams part and the reasons for declining aren't correct. I order and use valid discount codes. I am giving up with their cashback as the majority no longer payout. Very disappointed with them

Great cashback rate offered but NEVER tracks which means filing a lot of missing cashback claims and still waiting for many to be resolved.

Its hard for me to be positive about this retailer as far as cashback tracking is concerned. On the last two orders I have given them, I have had to put in claims for both of them to TCB, the first paid up eventually still waiting to hear about the second one.

Poor experience. Cashback declined with some pathetic excuse and topcashback no help whatsoever. Avoid and don't be fooled into thinking you will ge tour cashback.

Have placed 4 orders with Debenhams through tcb but only 1 has tracked and paid out. I have no complaints with any of Debenhams service apart from this. Very Disappointing!!!!!.

I made my purchase on the 19th September and insigated a manual claim on the 28th September, to date 9th November, it hasn't tracked. Would I recommend Debenhams to other members, on my experience, it would have to be a resounding no

My vintage rotary cheese grater broke but delighted to find they're still sold by Debenhams. Tracked next day, well packed items delivered within 3 days plus free 10 pound gift voucher. Cashback becomes payable later.

Practically every order I have made through Debenhams/Top cashback has been declined. Initially it happened if i returned 1 item out of an order it would decline the full amount of cashback due instead of adjusting the amount, now it declines even if I keep the whole order. I can provide proof of payment, order ref etc but still nothing, most orders need querying which is hassle. Maybe they would prefer i purchase through a more reliable merchant?

Unfortunately I've had another experience where the cash back didn't track, and after many months the cash back was declined. Disappointing as On-line experience with this retailer is good.

Again this year 2013 (May) , my purchase of £199 did not track . This was a deja-vu sceanario , as in 2012 I never received Cashback from this merchant . In fairness Topcashback has tried to intervene , to no avail . 5 months after purchase of £199 Debenhams state that no cashback is to be given Give this Merchant a WIDE berth if you are dependant on receiving any Cashback , it may NEVER materialise .

5 orders this year not one has tracked and all still awaiting customer cares help. Probably wont bother, discount codes arent honoured, better instore deals

awful, just awful. Keep tracking my cashback and then declining it, despite not using any codes. I have a gold card and have been a loyal customer but I am getting fed up of this, I already buy beauty products elsewhere due to the beauty card stupidity of taking your rewards away without even telling you they are about to expire. I shall now be looking elsewhere for everything else.
