                    Spent £180, Item didnt track, and when a missing claim was submitted it was declined with some lame excuse. I have been using topcashback for 5 years now and I followed the normal of clearing cookies etc... This is the 2nd time Debenhams have rejected cashback and I think some companies on TCB are now using what excuses they can not to pay cashback claims.

                    I have made several purchases from this supplier recently.  Cash back tracks within a few hours, then goes to payable in approximately 4/5 weeks.  Spend £30 and get free home delivery, great.

                    Bought a new cabin bag which is very good. 
The ordering was easy and delivery was quick.
There was a problem with missing cash back but this has now been resolved with no hassle and so would be happy to use again.

                    I totally agree with previous reviews about transactions not tracking. I have had to raise  claims on all my recent orders. It remains to be seen if they will actually pay the cashback.

                    Totally fed up with Debenhams, online at least, used to be excellent but the last 6 or 7 orders it never tracks' have submitted claims but latest one is still waiting for merchant.  I know you should never factor the cash back into the final cost and assume that it will be paid but then again if Debenhams don't want to pay it they should remove themselves from this site!

                    Have used Debenhams for years and have never had a problem with tracking and paying. They used to track within minutes/hours, but the last couple of months i have shopped 10 times or more and although the clicks to site are recorded, nothing has tracked.
Will stop using them.

                    Have used Debenhams several times and have generally tracked ok with a couple of exceptions - funnily enough though the one that didn't track and has since been declined a year later was when they were offering a high rate which should've earned me £12 cashback, not good service when you're expecting the advertised amount and buy through that retailer for that reason.

                    Declined cash back for items ordered in May 2013. Only just received the update on the 2 orders placed each within days of each other. Not what I expected from Debenhams and for the small amounts that the cash back was for! Very disappointing... :-(

                    I have purchased 4 separate items from Debenhams and in each case I have had to raise a missing cashback. Three have been paid, but all at lower rates than initially advised. One took over 12 months to do and I still have one outstanding. Not a very good experience on Debenhams part.

                    Its hard for me to be positive about this retailer as far as cashback tracking is concerned. On my last  order, I have had to put in claim  for cash back for them to confirm, eventually pay up in the end.

                    Despite having no problems with any other retailer, Debenhams never tracks for me - legitimate purchases made, no tracking email received. I've lodged missing tracking reports for a couple of occasions but have heard no further news in 6 months, so I guess I won't be getting any cashback. I'll avoid in future.

                    Poor from both Debenhams and Top Cashback, items tracked but no email, neither party willing to help, Debenhams say TCB have been advised to pay, TCB say they haven't, as the customer I am left in the middle, very little help received from either, wont ever order flowers from them again!

I occasionally have problems with other sites but Debenhams consistently is a no show and I have to lodge a claim, this takes months to resolve and when offered an amount it is never the full cash back that should have been paid.
