Waiting 4 months - tracked but still 'not payable'. Had to put in a dispute, resolved in my favour BUT still unable to get my money. Annoying as it's the 2nd largest amount on my account. Don't see much point in buying through TCB is you can't actually get the cash.

Cashback never tracks and always needs a manual claim despite following advice such as clearing cookies. They are the only one I tend to have problems with so seems specific to them.

I love shopping at Debenhams its one of my favourite stores,I love Julian McDonald's Clothes and then fashion,,and have hardly ever had to take goods back through being faulty, keep up the good work Debenhams rom a very loyal customer

As 1st time cashback user was careful to log in and make purchase via Topcashback to be sure of getting the cash back credit. Bought a large item of furniture, but nothing has tracked and no cashback received. Have lodged a claim, so wait and see. In the claims process was asked for a lot of info I didn't remember/not on the order including voucher code used, which I can't find as it has expired. I hope the fact that I got the extra 10% off for the TCB voucher code confirms that I DID buy via this site but if I use in future I will take screen shots for proof of purchase as you can't remember everything weeks later. On the up side, at least I got an unexpected 10% off with the code, even if I never get the cashback. Not sure if I'll bother with Topcashback again if this is a typical experience. Not worth the hassle.

Debenhams ALWAYS reject my claims...I have placed and received over 20 orders with Debenhams since October and they have NEVER paid out any cashback to me. Please review if you too are having problems with them.
