	Service, delivery and goods are excellent, but tracking and payment is diabolical. Didn't pay me for last Christmas' shopping and same so far this Christmas. Would have bought elsewhere if it had been possible.

	Every time I have clicked through to Debenhams via TopCashBack recently, the cash back has been declined. I did have a refund therefore I would expect cash back to be declined but otherwise not.

	Debenhams need removed from TCB!! Had stopped shopping with them both online and instore because of declined/untracked cashback, but after a year thought they're bound to have it sorted now, placed my order and cashback tracked, has been sitting for the past few weeks, today has gone to declined. Not happy and will never use them again

	Disappointed again! Debenhams have just declined 2 outstanding cashback claims from Sept 2013. They gave no reason for declining it. Debenhams is one of the very few shops that I've ever had to claim for and it is always the big orders that it happens for.

	u might or might not get the cashback, u'll never know till it suddenly gone from untracked and payable after few months. i'm waiting for my 2nd purchase to do the same hopefully.

	Often only pay cashback on the first item in the order and then decline the missing cashback claim. See the same behaviour on other cashback sites so not a TCB problem, just sharp practice from Debenhams.

	Cashback tracked as normal, then got declined. I followed everything I should have. Don't waste your time with them. TCB should kick them off.

	Tracked very quickly but all my recent transactions have been declined. Not sure of the reason. I don't think I'd bother with cashback from them anymore.

	Not very impressed with this company.Have, on at least 2 occasions had to chase up cashback not received,latest one took over a year and was then declined as they couldn't prove I had purchased via Topcashback (handy).As always I make sure I go through tcb so sorry Debenhams you won't see me as a customer again.

	Disgusting Debenhams never track or pay out on my transactions. I clear all my cookies and follow procedure to the letter, but every time on numerous occasions over the last 12 months I have to raise a manual claim and they always get declined with no sound reason offered. I know expect that they won't pay out. It's only smallish amounts too, not as if a large company would even notice the odd £ in order to honour their cash back promised. Do not expect any cash back from Debenhams!! Why do TCB let these merchants consistently get away with it. Kick Debenhams off TCB please

	That's the last three Cashback claims rejected by Debenhams which has taken a year to eventually close. No real reasons given so will NOT shop at Debenhams again - Internet or store! The timescale to decision is atrocious and does no real favours to topcashback and Debenhams tardiness reflects on them. Now starting to look at other Cashback schemes to provide a comparison on service.
