Good tracking experience - tcb "flash icon" is a nice touch when redirected to retailer. Retailer cashback confirmed within the hour. Highly recommend.

Debenhams never tracks for me, always have to put a manual claim in. The only merchant where this happens every time. I don't know why I bother going through TCB when I use Debenhams.

Doubt I will ever use Debenhams again. I had a problem on their own website with a payment, customer service were not particularly pleasant and when I had to return the item it was only after calling that my return was credited.
My cashback did not track and I doubt if it will.
I rate Top Cashbacks service as high but NOT Debenhams!!

I placed an order for £319.25 from Debenhams online on 26May2012 and kept all the products. Today is 07July12 and so 6 weeks later the merchant STILL hasn't reported the cashback despite me lodging a claim with TopCashBack customer care. Very disappointed, considering I usually never have any trouble with cashback tracking.
