I could like many others on here give five stars for cashback transactions for Debenhams,as I have bought many times,and the cashback is always paid.But I thought I would post a message here just to warn people NOT to automatically expect to receive CB every time.I have about half a dozen transactions pending with Debenhams at the moment,but have just received word from TCB that debenhams are not going to pay me cashback for one transaction,as according to TCB it's already been paid to someone else.Its not the not getting my cashback that gets me,it's more the why is this transaction any different to all my others,they were all done the same,yet this one has somehow gone somewhere else....The thing is there's nothing you can do about it,you just have to accept TCBs word,and leave it.Its a good job it's only a small amount,but what happens if the cashback is a more substantial amount,there's still nothing we can do about it,and if we know we have paid for the product,and done everything correctly,and the cashback isn't paid,when we know it should be,it leaves you feeling as if you have been cheated out your cashback.Not saying cheated by TCB,but cheated by someone,as the excuse is "someone else" has claimed the cashback.
