Cashback showed on account the next day. Items were delivered free of charge and returns were also free. No issue with refund to my credit card for the one item I returned. Cashback is showing as confirmed. An excellent transaction however amount is not showing as payable yet so can't comment on the total experience.

orders from december still show as pending. Also placed an order on 01 jan and arrived two weeks later. Tried to call to see where my order was and was on the phone for half an hour before i spoke to someone. Then when i finally got through, i cancelled the order to find that the parcel arrived the next day which i then had to return

Debenhams is big name. So I wouldn't hesitate to shop here. The customer services are generally good. Prompt delivery as per terms and conditions. Items are not super quality but they are not used or damaged items as you would get from retailers like asos or tat from BHS. They often have discounts and delivery is free most of the time with codes on hot UK deals. I haven't received cashback yet, neither the top up from tcb, so couldn't comment on that.
