debenhams took quite a while to deliver my product and when it was delivered the courier left my parcel with a neighbour and didnt leave a card through my door so i didnt even know it had been delivered. Its just a good job ive got an honest neighbour!!!

Sent the product out in the manufacturers box only, no extra packaging at all. Item not damaged, however, was for a gift and was patently obvious what it was, luckily the gift recipient was not in the house at the time of delivery!

Bought some underwear and one of those homedics massage machines for £108, expecting cashback on it. Tracked very quickly but only the cashback for the underwear, not the massage machine. Was careful to check the excluded product list before purchasing.
Will be raising with TCB soon. A little disappointed.
