I couldn't get a size of dress in store - so had to order online. Cashback side of it was faultless, tracked quickly. But communication from Debenhams to advise was ready to collect was poor (non existent) then when I did collect it was completely wrong item - personally I won't use again because of this experience.

My items of my order deliverd seperatly,it took two seperate visits to recieve my order. it looked like they had played football with both my parcels the boxes wernt in tack and were bashed and broken. rang them up to speak to them should have not bothered as they wernt.

Cashback tracked very quickly. However, not happy with the product bought which was a mattress protector. I had to stretch it a little to get it on the mattress but the stitching came away in my hand, leaving me with a loose elasticated section which will no doubt get worse when washed!
