This retailer is the fastest I have ever known for purchases. Even though they do not claim express delivery I have consistently found it to be next day (even if I have placed the order late in the afternoon the day before). Also they nearly always have a code for free delivery. I buy nearly all my clothes in their up to 70% off sales, together with free delivery code and cashback. Bargain!

Ordered online, and tracked perfectly.
Decided to pick-up in store. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to come and help me. Then when wanted to return goods for full refund as i didn't like them, this was refused point blank as item was in sale. Tried to quote distance selling regulations but this was also refused.
Buyer beware - I wont will dealing with Debenhams again in a hurry.
Still haven't got cashback either!

I was not happy with this site, I ordered an item and the money was debited from my account. Only to receive email saying product was no longer in stock. it then took 5 days for the funds to be recredited back to my account!
