I wasn't overly thrilled with Debenhams online service (this was the first time I'd used it) - I ordered 3 items, 2 were delivered in the same parcel and on the delivery note it looked like the third item should have been included. When I checked online the third item had sold out which is why I hadn't been sent it. They did give me a refund.
