tracked quickly had a few problems with the items i ordered, they don't reply to e-mails and took 2 months to get sorted not good enough debenhams

Not as good as it used to be. Tracks easily but the level of cashback is reduced and is outweighed by the cost of delivery in any event.

TERRIBLE!!! Submitted a claim for missing cashback in March. Have just heard that, similar to other people's experiences, they are wriggling out of paying by saying: 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Top CashBack says that this suggests that my commission (or cashback) was credited to another referrer and not Top CashBack, i.e. another website. However, this was definitely not the case. I will avoid using Debenhams online from now on. Very poor for such a large organisation.

Very annoyed, purchase made December 2009 tracked quickly but never paid. Taken seven months for Topcashback to come back with a generic response that cashback won't be paid due to another link taking the transaction - I don't use any other cashback website (will be from now on though!!!) Topcashback say the link could be a search engine or anything else that I have visited to do with Debenhams - very dubious.
